Home Buying Partnership with Kim Blue
I earn my living selling Real Estate. As a Professional REALTOR I operate a small business and receive no
wage or salary as I am paid a commission at the time your home closes. All expenses are paid solely in advance.
My services are of no charge to you and are paid by the seller through the brokerages. In 99.9% of the Real Estate
transaction, we accept what the seller is offering as reimbursement so that our buyers do not incur any extra
expenses when purchasing through me.
My business philosophy is:
To provide you, my customer, with the best friendly, professional, knowledgeable, detailed and “stressfree”
Real Estate Buyer Representation. While you are looking for a home, my time is yours. I strive to
provide a level of service that will make you proud to say: “Kim Blue is our REALTOR !”
In return, I ask you to agree to the following:
To work with me as your exclusive REALTOR
Immediately seek pre-approval from a lender if you have not yet or provide me a copy for your file. (If you are paying cash then I will need a letter from the bank showing “Proof of Funds” in the amount you are looking to spend on a home.
To contact me directly in regard to any questions or information on any properties that you come across or that is brought to your attention, including but not limited to:
For Sale By Owner Property – Most buyers think they will save money by going directly to an owner whose home is listed without an agent. In the end it costs them so much more. We have come across a few homes being sold by owner where the actual owner was not even aware of it and the buyers lost thousands of dollars. DO NOT DO THIS.
New Construction or Builder Properties – The salespeople work for the builder not for you in the transaction. You need to be represented. They work to get the builder the most amount of money and the best terms not YOU. You will not get a better deal by going in without a Buyer Agent Rep. If you do go without me just let the Salesperson know you are working with me or preferably let me know so I can arrange for us all to meet there. If you go to a builder without representation you may not be allowed to bring in representation later from a Realtor when you need it most.
Open Houses – When visiting an Open House just let the Host know you are working with Kim Blue and they will allow you to walk through the home freely.
Another Agent – If another agent provides you information on a property that may be of interest to you, please ask them to pass the information on to me or call me directly. (email: firstname.lastname@example.org or (941) 724-2587 Cell.)
Listings I send you daily – Review these listings daily as they come on the market. Some of them you will receive before they are listed or before they are allowing showings. We can beat other people to the home before they see it, but we need to stay on top of the listings!
